Welcome to the Great Smoky Mountains!

Nestled by the edge of Tennessee's Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Marion Lake is a small gated community called Little Greenbrier Village in Wears Valley. The home of great views, hiking trails, nature at its best, excellent fishing and famous Southern hospitality. 

We are right next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, off Lyons Springs Road, between Townsend & Pigeon Forge and just a short drive to all the area attractions. 

Our LAKE FRONT Vacation Lodge (home) sleeps up to 14 people easily and includes all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen with basic utensils, dishes, cookware, coffee makers and spices.  Heat/AC and ceiling fans, two fireplaces, Hot Tub, gas grill and picnic table, spacious decks, free use of our canoe for the lake, a private fishing bank on the lake and all with Picturesque Lake, Valley and Mountain Views. We also have a walkway down to the lake.

For the Flyfisherman we recommend Little River Outfitters who have been in business since 1994. The store and school occupies a 7,000 square foot facility in Townsend, Tennessee. Townsend is a center for East Tennessee fly fishing. It is located near the Great Smoky Mountains, many tailwaters, Cherokee National Forest and several TVA impoundments. In fact the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only two miles from the store. Teaching beginners to fly fish is a specialty of the school. Every instructor is a graduate of the Joan Wulff Instructors School located in New York. Also, beginner, intermediate, advanced and specialty fly tying is offered at the school. Additionally there is a very popular Aquatic Entomology Class taught by Dr. Brad Cook, a professor at Tennessee Tech University. We even have a class to teach you to build bamboo fly rods. That class is taught by Stan Smartt. Several hundred different individuals attend classes at the school annually. Little River Outfitters sells a large range of fly fishing tackle with a price tag for everyone. Fly rods are available from companies such as Orvis, Temple Fork, St. Croix, Winston, Scott and Cortland. Reels are available from Bauer, Hardy, Orvis, Abel, Waterworks/Lamson and Ross. Free Seminars and Events are offered with such well known anglers and tiers as Walter Babb, Lefty Kreh, Joe Humphreys, Bob Clouser, Chris Helm and others. One popular event is Fly Tyers Weekend held in November. The Master Bedroom is upstairs with large walk in closet, shower and tub.  Loft area has a day bed with a trundle bed.  The main level has two large bedroom with queens.  Lower level has large bedroom with twin bed.  There are three full bathrooms one on each level.  The sofas on both the main level and lower level coverts to standard beds.

Rates:
Off Season $300 per night.  Three Night Minimum.
Season and Holidays $350 per night.  Three Night Minimum.

Available to adults only.  NO STUDENTS.  Sorry, No Pets.
