NOV. 84
RAPE
I called rape and nobody heard,
They didn't think of me upstairs.
I called rape and nobody cared,
They were too busy going somewhere.
I screamed rape and nobody dared, come near, in fear
That something would really be happening up here.
I cried again and then they came,
But by then I was insane.
