Plaster Block Dungeon
One of my largest projects to date is a series of dungeon modules. When completed, it will consist of two widths of corridor with straight corridors, corners and intersections, as well as some larger and smaller halls and other rooms.
This is basic short wide corridor. Please note the variety in colours and shapes of the stones.
As you can see, the pieces are designed to dovetail together. This prevents them from sliding apart during a game.

These are examples of a narrow corridor.
After using the first modules a few times I noticed that they had a structural flaw. The glue between the floor and the walls could not keep the module together.

To fix this, I decided to glue a piece of
2 mm polystyrene sheet under each unit. Now, both walls and floors rest on the polystyrene, and I hope that the problem is at least lessened.
Finally a use for those unused CD-Roms! They serve well as a weight distrubutor when putting stuff together.
