Oh NO!!!!!! Not another one of those personal websites where I list what I thought of a sandwich I ate yesterday, and how crappy some movie was...well fear not, for I will try NOT to make my website like that, although im sure it will degenerate into that ;)  despite all the useless stuff  I plan on making this page a resource for anyone looking to get into weightlifting, running, or just trying to make themselves look and feel better.  (When I find the time)

What makes me qualified to write about this particular topic???  Well for those who don't know me that well, my main "hobby"for the last three years has being in the gym and trying to better myself day in and day out.  I have tried just about everytyhing (except steroids) and I have a pretty good idea of what works and what doesn't.  I can currently bench press 315 lbs, leg press 475 lbs, and deadlift 275 lbs, all through just being consistent and always setting goals for myself.  I have gotten at this high level of lifting while at the same time cutting my overall weight (most of it bodyfat) down to 171 lbs, without a sacrifice in strength.  I am far from bragging rights, as I know I still have a long way to go (based on some of the truly muscular men I workout with) but I know in time I will get at that top level myself. 

However, the true goal of this site is to motivate ANYONE who wants to change their body.  Why???  Because back in highschool I used to weigh about 280 lbs, and never worked out a day in my life.  In other words, I was fat fat fat.  I had been that way practically my whole life, and went through it until one day I simply had enough and vowed to recreate myself or die trying.  Guess what.....in only 12 weeks, through sheer determination and willpower, the fat kid was able to go from 270 lbs to 180 lbs, while at the same time adding 15 lbs of muscle to my once weak body.  So it is possible for ANYONE to do this if I could....just to bad I didnt contact Oprah when I did it...damn id be rich haha.
