Poor sad Lane Meyer. His girlfriend, Beth, dumped him - hard - for the captain of the ski team. Distraught, he keeps searching for new and inventive ways to off himself - only to be thwarted each time in new and inventive ways.

To cap it all off, his little brother Badger is living in his own little world, populated mostly by his wacko mom, his better-at-playing-Charles-Emerson-Winchester-the-Third dad, and the nutso neighbor across the street, who is dead set on pairing her socially-inept son, Ricky, with the French foreign exchange student.

Through a new-found affection, Lane finds a lot of small ways to redeem himself. Can he do it? Will the paperboy ever get his $2? What *is* that crap his mom is cooking? And did you notice "Porky" making a cameo? Check it out soon.
