When one is 'Neo-Pagan', or follows ANY Earth Based faith, you automatically become a steward of the Earth. She provides all, and in the past 100 years- just one hundred little years- She has become ill as anyone with a cancer in them. Humans have literally dumped on Her, chopped Her up, have created toxins in and around Her body, and in Her life's waters. The Earth is a living organism that needs our cooperation, and is crying out to the empathic to help heal Her (and She will heal, with or without us in existance!) so She can continue to provide for all the living. The 4-legged, sea creatures, winged, crawlies, and green life are Her brothers, sisters, cousins, as well as ours, and we are Her sons and daughters.
