To get to Staunton Island without doing any missions: You have to press while playing: R1,L1,R2,L1,left,R1,R1,triangle. Then press: Right,R2,circle,R1,L2,Down,L1,R1. When you get to to broken bit of the bridge press the anolog stick down and you are flying to Staunton Island.
