You will all know about GTA3 Liberty City has only THREE ISLANDS: Portland, Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale, well i'd like to out rule that fact by saying there is now four islands, now we know the name Caesar City. You will all agree in Shoreside Vale near Cochrane Damm there is a blocked up subway saying road closed ahead, so it is impossible to get through there without doing somthing. You have to unlock all unique stunts, all phone missions, all missions such as Toni Cipriani and Salvatore and the most voted best Donald Love owning nearly all the radio stations (Love Media)
