And Tips
1. Get fist place in time trials in arcade mode to get a new car the Esperante
GTR-1.
2. Get all Gold in the License
Test to get a new car for each license B License-Roaster RS, A License-RX8(can't
be bought), IB License-Nissan Z Concept(can't be bought), IA License-Vanquish(cant
be bought), S license-Viper GTS R Concept(can't be bought), R License-Impreza
Rally Car Prototype (can't be bought).
3. Whenever you get a new car,
change the oil after you have maxed out the stats, it could add up to 60hp to your car.
4. To get the car you want when
there are one of four cars you can get(only on series circuits). First race to
the second to last race and lead second place by at least second place. Then
race the last race then save your game without exiting the circuit. Then start
the last race, but exit the race, you will remain in first place and your car
will be awarded, if you are not happy with the car, load your game and exit the
last race again. Repeat until you get the car you want.

Selecting Series Awards
Easy money with memory card:
Select arcade mode, then highlight the "Hard" selection on the
difficulty selection screen. Hold L1 + R1 until it changes to
"Professional".
On tests with guidelines on the track, the blue lines signify acceleration,
while the red dashes signify braking.
Successfully complete the Sunday Cup with gold medals in all three races to
unlock the Toyota Sprinter Truendo GT-Apex.
Successfully complete the Cupman Cup with gold medals in all three races to
unlock the Mazda Eunos Roadster.
Successfully complete the Spider and Roadster cups with gold medals in all races
to unlock the Mazda Roadster RS.
Win the Beginner FR Challenge series to unlock the Nissan Silvia K's 1800cc.
Win the Beginner Race of NA Sports series to unlock Silver Honda CRX Del Sol SiR.
Win the Lightweight Cup and you receive a Mini Cooper 1.3i.

The blue line indicates acceleration, the dotted line indicates coasting, while
the red line indicates you should brake.
Series awards (i.e., cars) are not purely random. Press X when a silhouetted car
has the large black circle flashing under it to cause that car to be selected as
the award for winning the series. Timing is crucial, since the large black circle
only appears under a car for less than half a second. If you are too slow, the next
car to get the large black circle will be selected.
Two memory cards are required for this trick. After you have earned about 200,000
credits, purchase a car, such as the Mitsubishi 3000 GT. Upgrade it up to the max.
This will leave you almost broke. Go home and save this car memory slot two, then
return to the title screen and load your last game from memory slot one. This will
give you your money back, and you can now go home and trade from memory slot two. That
car that you just spent all those credits on will only cost you retail price.
