Our company was founded in 1987 by the Current Managing Director, Leon R.Gard. Since that year the company has expanded from humble beginnings in a small Hobart office to a state-wide operation specializing in surveillance, factual and fraud investigation, also skip tracing, process serving and other industry specific services.
Our company prides itself on providing a professional, comprehensive and cost efficient service.
We are particularly proud of our file turn around which averages between 10 & 21 days.
Over a numbers of years we have formed a close working relationship with affiliate offices in all mainland Australian states. We constantly monitor the performance of our affiliates and use only those who can perform to our criteria.
We have offices/sub-offices in all regions of our state. For assignments in the south of the state, the regional head office is managed by Peter Collidge and in the north Leon Gard. You don't have to had had prerequisite training in the police or the military. This is a commonly held but mistaken misnomer usually perpetuated by members of the industry who might want to have all the rewards for themselves!.
Our company (for example) employs a cross section of personnel from various walks of life including; ex-military, police, clerks and storemen. In fact we have one particular female agent who was a secretary for three years with G.S.S and then decided she would get a licence!.
The industry is a dynamic one with people moving in and out all the time. Thus new opportunities often arise.
