Work Unit Climate received 29.92% of the "agree" ratings, making it the 5th
highest ranked category.

Respondents are generally positive about the climate within their respective
work groups and report that unit coworkers take responsibility for their
performance and work well in concert. (#36, #89, #60, #79).

Conversely, the climate between work groups is viewed somewhat negatively in
terms of their ability to work together and to be thought of as "dependable" (#11).

The comments underscore the ratings with some of the writing dedicated to
communication issues between offices.

There is also some concern that the work physical setting "gray boxes" is
counter to a better work environment.
