Brownie Pin

Brownie Scouts are in 6-8 years old or in 1^{st -} 3^rd grade. Brownies work on Try-its. Try-its introduce the girls to many different activities. Additionally, Brownie Scouts learn the basics of camping and outdoor cooking carefully following the Progression to Outdoor Fun established by Girl Scouts.

In Brownies the leader introduces the girls to simple decision making. The leader still carries major responsibility for overall planning.

At our Brownie Encampment, which is held in May, our 3^rd grade Brownies work on a Junior Level Badge. In some cases, troops also have their bridging ceremony at camp. During this ceremony, the 3^rd grade Brownies "fly up" to Juniors.

This is a list of our troops and when they meet. Some of our troops currently have openings and will accept new girls.
