More than 20 Growlers and Friends gathered at Patrick's to watch Memphis take on New Jersey (3/22/03) for our LAST away-game party of the season. Despite the final score, Growlers kept spirits high--especially during the second-half comeback attempt. VIEW PICTURES

As you already may know, the Grizzlies players and staff have established the Sierra Simone Scholarship Fund in memory of Lorenzen's infant daughter who passed away suddenly at the beginning of March. The fund will grant an annual scholarship to a deserving Memphis area high school senior with plans to attend a Memphis area college or university.
Donations made to this fund will not only help show support to the Wright Family, but also help keep Sierra's memory alive.
We will present the appropriate person(s) a check on behalf of the Growlers, the Official Supporter's Club of the Memphis Grizzlies, after all donations have been collected.

But seriously, a Growler is an avid Memphis Grizzlies basketball fan and one who belongs to the offical grassroots supporter's club.
About 50 Growlers sat together in section 132 during our final home game. They took advantage of a great deal offered by the Grizzlies.
