Ordering Information

 

The ordering process for Greensleeves Garb is, of necessity, slightly different from what you may be accustomed to with online superstores like amazon.com. I'm a one-person operation, and individually hand-create each of my costumes to your custom orders, so I have to follow a slightly different procedure. Here is what to do if you'd like to place an order with Greensleeves Garb:

1) Send me an email with the name of the costume you're interested in, and what size you think you'll need. See my sizing chart for help. (If you're still unsure of your size, email me with your height, bust, waist, & hip measurements and I'll see what I can do.)

2) I'll reply, and you can tell me exactly what colours, fabrics, etc., you want the costume crafted of. Based on this information, I'll give you an exact price (including shipping).

3) When all of that is decided, I'll email you a contract, detailing all of the above information: the costume you are ordering, how long it will take me to make it, when you can expect to have it, and the price you have agreed to pay for the costume. You reply to this email with a letter of your own, accepting the terms of the contract. The costume must be paid for in full before I mail it to you. Payment may be made with a credit card through paypal, or with a check or money order. There will be a ten-day delay for personal check payments to clear my bank.

4) When your costume is finished, I will notify you, and the costume will be shipped to you. If you are unsatisfied with it, you may return it, minus all postage and packing costs, for a refund - provided that the original labels are still intact and the garment is in good order. WORN GARMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
