Film director Alberto Diaz is casting his feature film, "FITA," to be shot in October and November in Indianapolis. Diaz explains that his controversial dark comedy follows two men "in the very oddball situation of covering up a crime." Diaz's previous film "El Pollo Loco" earned an honorable mention at the 1999 National Children’s Film Festival. His short film "Bussed" will showcase at the Cinema Grill on 86th Street in Indianapolis on June 26.

Ali Darley, a recent participant in the Embassy Centre's 75th anniversary showcase has been accepted into the Sound of America Honor Chorus and will be touring Europe this summer. Visiting cities in Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, Ali is excited to have the opportunity to sing at such places as the Notre Dame Cathedral and Disneyland Paris. She was also chosen to sing in next year's all-state women's choir for her fifth consecutive year.
