On Saturday 17th August, there will be a Vintage Machinery and Bygones Sale at 11 AM.  The Auctioneers will be Williams Parry Richards.

Please note the following regulations:

1    All entries must be bought to the sale site between 3pm and 6pm on Friday 16th August 2002 or between 7am and 9am on Saturday 17th August 2002.  All items are left at the owners risk.  All lots (sold or unsold) must be removed by 12 noon on Sunday 18th August 2002.

2    Registration numbers and Certificates (where applicable) must be handed to the Auctioneers before the commencement of the sale.

3    Unless otherwise notified on the Entry Form, all lots will be sold without reserve.

4    All lots are sold 'as seen' unless the Auctioneers are advised otherwise in writing.

5    All lots are subject to the Standard Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection from the Auctioneers and which will be on display at the sale.

6    A lotting fee of 50p will be charged for each lot.

7    Commission will be charged at the following rates:

    Sale Total - £1000 plus - 10%

                   up to £1000 - 12½%

8    VAT at the prevailing rate will apply to lotting fees and commission charges.

9    The Auctioneers will pay out within 14 days the sale net proceeds (excluding interest).

10    No asbestos products will be accepted.

11    No electrical items (unless passed and certified by a qualified electrician) will be accepted.
