"I came that they may have life, and have it more abundantly." - Jesus Christ (John 10:10)
Do you have a life of abundance?
Are you " thriving" or just "surviving" ?
How does your body feel now?
Is your body
vibrating with energy or burned out and tired?

Hello, and Welcome to my website.  I am glad you are here. For over 30 years of my life my personal answers to the above questions were different than they are today. My view of abundance was what everybody else had and I wanted. I was the best "survivor" you ever met and the only thing vibrating was the noisy muffler on my 10 year old car. Outwardly,to other people, I projected an image of a happy person, content with the way my life was going.  But on the inside I was anything but happy and content.  I was a mess and I could no longer deny it. I knew that I couldn't keep going on like this.  Life wasn't worth living.
For starters being a "ballon person" had alot to do with my misery. My weight had "balloned " to 210 lbs, about 50 lbs overweight.  Looking at myself naked in the large  bathroom mirror  after a shower was digusting , so I had the mirror removed. I had tried several of the latest "fad diets" but the only thing thinning was my hairline. But on May 21, 1987, unknown to me at the time, a small miracle occured in my life.  On that day I started  working out.. And I worked out  on a consistent basis, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. It seemed so ironic for me to be working out consistently when I hated exercise. It was easy once I got started. When I worked out I felt strong, refreshed. Now I had regained control of my body. No longer was I out of breath walking up a flight of stairs.  I could now play tennis without my legs getting sore.  I could run 5 miles in 35 minutes.  And with the Word of God showing  me proper nutrition my energy levels were up and my weight was down. Perhaps the most astonishing and unexpected  transformation was not of the body, but of the mind and spirit. Never did I expect a simple workout to have such an impact on other areas of my life. I think the late George Allen, coach supreme of the Los Angles Rams and Washington Redskins said it best.
A workout is 25% perspiration and 75% determination. Stated another way, it is one part physical exertion and 3 parts self discilpline.  Doing it is easy once you get started.

A workout makes you better today than you were yesterday.  It strengthens the body, relaxes the mind, and toughens the spirit. When you workout regularly, your problems diminish and your confidence grows.

A workout is the personal triumph over laziness and procrastination. It is the badge of a winner, the mark of an organized, goal orientated person who has taken charge of their own destiny.

A workout is a wise use of time and an investment in excellence. It is a way of preparing for life's challenges and a way of proving to yourself that you have what it takes to do what is necessary.

A workout is a key that unlocks the door to opportunity and success.  Hidden within each of us is an extraordinary force.  Physical and mental fitness are the triggers that can release it.

A workout is a form of rebirth.  When you finish a good workout, you don't simply feel better..... you feel better about yourself.
