"Write a Bio!"
Ack! What can I say!!?

Well, it all started in New Haven, Connecticut. The seed was planted and there I was. My dad, while on a world cruise with the Merchant Marines, had seen California. Like gazillions of other young men who fell in love with the golden state, he wanted to go back and make his fortune. So at a tender young age I headed west with my family until we bumped into the Pacific ocean. My mother, to this day, refuses to camp or even look at a Coleman stove.

She dabbled in art and she was good, but she set it aside to deal with the real world of raising two kids and following a vagabond husband across the country. Something must have been passed on in the genetic coding though, because there is a yearning to make art built into the fabric of who I am. There is also a vagabond. That gene must have hitched a ride over on the X-chromosome from Pop.

I've been drawing since I can remember (about two weeks back at any given time) and as a result there is an almost constant temptation to become a 'Real Artist'. Unfortunately every time that career path presents itself I have been deterred by rampant rumors of having to join one of the many roving bands of Starving Artists. Instead I find jobs that provide the fodder for sustaining life and draw and paint in the time left over. After I die someone will open my flat files and years of art will burst forth. I will then become infamous.
