You dance to my music; you breathe my same
breath
You drink from my water, and sip its purity
Unclean am I, haven't shaved today
Or as a matter of fact yesterday, maybe its
been (2) weeks
You smell my madness sandalwood woman
Hair long and tangles mangles by the suns
rays
Chasing me through the maze of people
Jingle, jangle sway as I walk, talk, look
back and you still aren't there
I smirk cause I know you are festively following
me
Cause secretly I am following you
I dance to the stage with bitter rage; I set
my words free
You sit back and take another drink and see
Yea brother your eyes are full of disguise
But you know me, secret sunsets when you let
your mind wander
I pack up my words and wish away the days,
as I travel
Town to town you trip and dip and dive into
the scene
I like a drug, set there to feed you and make
you full
I start to run away, I start to skip with a
different sway
And you notice and I notice you, and our eyes
lock
On the silver stare unaware of what you are
getting yourself into
Bent on the moment and, storming the grounds
for a reason
A possible season to state where this wide-eyed
wanderer does lay
And does she have room for me, beneath those
locks of reddy-brown
Without a sound you slip silently into my
ear, words unclear
Taunted by your wicked ways, gotta love the
dark light you put me under
You make me smile, and laugh and sorry I still
don't wanna take a bath
And your quirky whims make me rock
And the time becomes a wind up clock, when
we listen to the muse
Bring magic to our ears, which turn to tears,
which turn to rocking chairs
That turn to you and say this is why I want
to grow old with you one day.
My sweet brother…
