What did you expect – gray hair and a walking stick ??

 

I don’t do gray hair, and I’ll do the walking stick bit when I find

myself crawling to the hairdresser.

Am I old ???

 

Of course I’m old !

My grandkids think I’m ancient !

I keep getting questions that begin with

“Gran, in the olden days, what……….”

 

 

Am I young ?

 

Of course I’m young !

I still have my stilettos in the cupboard, and just you watch,

I’m going to wear them one day –

And shock the lot of you !

 

Did you think because I was a granny I couldn’t master this computer ???

Well, you’re wrong !

Are you listening, kids ?

Your Mom is making a website ! HAH !

SO THERE !!

 

Just call me CYBERGRAN !

 

 

I can do this !

If it’s the last thing I ever do, I’ll master this !

 

So, why is she doing this, you may well ask ?

I’m doing it because it’s here, it’s now, it’s part of my future, and

I have a brain. OK ?

 

And….I’m really having a great time !

 

Just because my face has furrows deeper than a ploughed field,

and my underarms are still waving long after my hand has stopped,

doesn’t mean I can’t have some fun on the Web, does it ?
