Welcome to Grand Vista Condominiums

Grand Vista is located in Hialeah Gardens, Florida.  Development of the six phase project was completed in 1996.  The Grand Vista Condo Association was incorporated on 10/21/94, as a non-profit corporation in the State of Florida.  Control was transferred over from the Developer to the property owners on 7/19/96.  This condo community consists of six buildings, seven different floor plans and a total of 282 units.  Units range from a 1 bedroom w/Den (900 sq. feet), to a spacious 3 bedroom (1380 sq. feet) luxury unit.  This is primarily a quiet and peaceful family-living community with many senior citizens and families with children.
