Creating A Site Using Frames.

First things first... Building in frames means that you have to have more then one page, to construct the finial out come. This may mean that you will have to create 3 pages or more. Dont worry, it is alot easier then it sounds.

***(example~Creating the main page.)Creating the main page. What is the main page? This is the page that you give all your friends the addy to. It will have the commands to load the other pages (frames) in the order that you list.

Lets start out with a 2 frame page. Note: This example is shown with cols. but you can change this to rows. If you want your page to be in rows, then change the cols. to rows in the coding. Play with the size of the rows and cols. (This is done by changing the # (150) in the coding. Do this till you find the setting of the page to suit your needs.

This frame set takes 3 pages. (PAGE 1) Your index page. that is where you will place this coding. (PAGE 2)a.html you can rename the page as you see fit.(This page will show on the left if done in cols. and top if done in rows. (PAGE 3) b.html you can also rename this page as you see fit.(This page will show on the right if done in cols. and bottom if done in rows.

< frameset cols="150,*" border="0" framespacing="0" > < frame src="a.html" name="top" scrolling="no" noresize > < frame src="b.html" name="main" noresize > < /frameset >

See and example of a 2 frame page using this coding here.
