What is this new Opportunity?
This is a partnership with Food Service Provider in the Arena.
We provide one, or more, teams of people to staff a food stand(s). Serving Hot Dogs, Chips, Candy, Beer
and Sodas during various events. That can Provide: Consistent high earnings, Year round opportunities, Individuals working in Teams. While providing Clear earnings expectations and has a Proven success story. It is Predictable, Work an event and get paid! No guesswork, making budgeting much easier.

What will I be doing?
There are four different kinds of jobs.
  • Customer Service (Cash Register): Taking, and filling customer requests - [~10 per stand]

  • Food preparation: - [2-4 per stand]
  • Stand Leader: The "Team Leader", who is responsible for assisting other team members with
    anything they need to insure they can perform their jobs well, while coordinating with Food Service Provider staff and management

  • Inventory Control and Housekeeping:

  • Filling and replenishing- [1-3 per stand] Clean-up- [the whole team, many hands make light work]

    How do we know what to expect?
    Last year, Grad Night raised over $6,000 in 17 events, including some learning experiences. Another NPO bowling team earned $158,440 in 78 events. Realistically, with 4-8 Teams, we can raise between $25,000 and $75,000+ in 35-50 events, about $40 to $65 per volunteer, per event!

    What is my Typical Commitment?
    How many events? One to ten+ events
    How much time? 4-6 hours, from 4:30 to about 10:30 p.m. for a Sharks game
    How often? From once or twice a week to once a month, or so, depending on your availability and your group’s needs

    How do I receive training?
    For the most part, you can learn by doing, these jobs are not that complicated. We will also be scheduling orientation and training secessions at WHS from time to time, please check the monthly schedules for the dates and times.
