Ok,well this is my review of the Hanson concert I went to in September. I'm not gonna tell you every single song they played, just some highlights!
Well, me and my friend Alejandra got to the Tower around 6:30, and the line to get into the place was huge! it was absolutely insane. Thankfully I found a friend from grade school who was pretty close to the doors, and let us cut in with her! Thank you, Anne Marie! Anyway, we eventually got in to the Tower around 7, and I bought some merchandise....actually I had Alejandra buy it cause the line, or the pack of people, was chaotic! People were being so annoying, especially the little teenyboppers! They are not the type of people who should mess with me...at all!!
Ok, so the concert starts at 7:30 with the opening act, M2M. I really didn't get to hear them that much because we were still getting our stuff when they came on, and it took us like 10 minutes to get to our seats, 3rd row baby!! Our tickets were constantly being checked by the security, who btw, sucked! But, we'll get to that later!
Hanson came on stage around 8:20, give or take a few minutes. Some highlights would be Zac singing I Want You To Want Me(a cover), headbanging during In The City, Tay running around, Tay jumping, Tay in general(hehe), Ike headbanging, and the whole acoustic set! I love those, they're so intimate! :)
Ok, now let's get to the part where I flipped out and yelled at two teenyboppers....BITCHES!!! During the last 2 songs, girls decided to rush the 1st three rows. I was not happy camper, in fact, I was LIVID. My friend's posters were stepped on, I got a chair in front of me pushed onto me(which ended up in the backs of the 2 girls who were pushing it!), and girls got on stage! Now, if a member of the group, specifically TAYLOR HANSON, told you to get off the stage, wouldn't you obey him?! YES DAMMIT!!! My god, these girls are so stupid! Because of this little stunt they pulled all of three of them decided not to come near our side of the stage!! At the end of the concert, I ended up yelling at those 2 girls who got in front of me, and told them what "fucking white pieces of trash" they were. One looked like she was ready to cry...good.
Other than that the concert was great! Hanson, as usual, kicked ass! The songs, the singing, just everything! Hopefully, they'll be back next year! And I strongly suggest you at least LISTEN to their new CD, not neccessarily buy it, just listen! I swear you won't be disappointed.
