We who dine on sharpened swords and drink down blazing torches as our wine. Then for dessert they bring us broken arrows and splintered pike shafts. Our pillows are shields and breastplates, and beside our feet lie bows and slings. We crown ourselves with catapult wreaths.

Ok, the vitals. I'm 30 some years old . Currently I'm stationed at Dyess AFB, Texas.. My US Air Force Speciality is Ammo. I've been in the Air Force 16 years and love it. I met my wife while we were stationed in Germany together. We have a lovely little girl and two dogs |

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS |

My really big hobby is the Society for Creative Anachronism. The what?! It's a educational group dedicated to recreating life in the Middle Ages and Rennaissance c. 450 C.E. to 1600 C.E. There are SCA groups worldwide, but the largest are in the US and Canada. For a really good intro to the SCA click here. |

Create a "personna", someone who could of lived in "period"

What I do and who I am. In the SCA I am known as Fearghus Macildubh a 10th century Scottish sea rover currently in the war band of MacBeatha, Mormaer of Moray. I''m also a member of the Huns, a household based on central asian steppe culture. |

ARMS AND ARMOUR |

You can blame J.R.R. Tolkien and Robert E. Howard for my obsession with weapons and armour. Ever since I read about fell swords, mithril mail, brazen scales and gold chased plate. I've been fascinated by armour and weapons in all thier forms. Just by looking at my hobbies you could probably figure that out ;-) |
