	What can UBD GRADEBOOK v2.0 do? Automatically, It; Adds the course work partial marks altogether; then adds them to the examination mark. Assigns the appropriate grades (A, B, C, D, E, F/S & F) to course work total marks, examination marks, and final marks. Points out critical marks and wrong ones. Isolates the "supplementary cases" from the total marks list. Prepares all the reports required by the Examination Board. Estimates the percentage of absence hours; and highlights the cases which deserve warning, which may be barred from the examination and which must be barred, in accordance with the regulations of the University. Prepares printable attendance sheets in order to be signed by the students in lectures and tutorials. Draws charts showing the distribution of the grades in course work, examination and final grades. And much more. Limitations: UBD GRADEBOOK is designed just in accordance with University Brunei Darussalam's regulations. UBD GRADEBOOK is limited to maximum 190 students for each course. Requirements: Windows: 98, Me, 2000, XP. Microsoft Excel 2002 (XP) or higher. Open Excel, click on Tools from the Menu Bar, point to Macro, then click on Security, choose Medium. Afterwards open UBD GRADEBOOK by clicking its shortcut on your desktop or start menu programs.
