InterCom is an e-mail discussion list devoted to foreign comics where foreign means comics that did not originate in the United States and comics means comic books, newspaper comic strips, editorial cartoons, graphic novels, comic albums, etc. Discussion of reprints of United States material from countries other than the United States is also encouraged. InterCom provides a means of communication for fans in at least a dozen countries who share bibliographic, historic, and technical information. It also serves as a forum where international exchanges can be brokered. Membership in InterCom is open to anyone willing to abide by casual rules of civility. Flaming is absolutely not tolerated!
