This business is being offered for sale by way of auction on EBAY.
So there is no misunderstanding the full price of this business will
include: Track, all rental supplies, signs (except the Winston Cup banner in some of the pictures), shelving, display cases, and cash register for $10,000, which is under our cost. We paid just under $10,000 for the track and the retail sign was about $2,000. Merchandise at 75% of retail price as marked on the package (total amount to be determined at time of closing). We will work down inventory levels so as to minimize your initial cash outlay. For reference, our inventory levels at year end last year was approximately $25,000. Your total cost will be: EBAY auction amount + $10,000 + Merchandise at 75% of retail cost (wholesale). Payment is expected as follows: $3,000 (non-refundable) to be paid three days after auction end with balance due at closing.
