Booking & Reservation:

 

1. Plan your vacation and inform me the date that you wish to stay at the resort, 3 Days 2 Nights Only..

 

2..Provide your Full Name (as in your IC) and your IC Number. This is required because upon your check-in, you will be request to show your IC

 

3. Maximum number of person allowable to stay in the room is 2 pax.

 

4. Upon receiving your full payment, a confirmation will send to your together with all information of the resort, phone numbers, booking number etc.

 

5. You may book maximum of 2 months in advanced, or 14 days before check-in date, booking confirmation is solely base on room availability.

 

6. Surcharges may apply for booking on weekends, public holiday, and eve of public holiday.

 

7. Once booking is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed and postponing will not be entertained.

 

8. If you happen to be late for check-in, call to the resort front desk (phone number will be given together with confirmation) to inform your estimate arrival time.
