Close Encounter in Creede CO
During a rock-hound road-trip I entertained friends with tales of UFO research on the internet. On our way to Creede, Colorado I told them I'd read that Creede is connected by undeground tunnels to Dulce, New Mexico. My pals wondered if I'd lost my mind, and asked if aliens were living underneath Creede. I laughingly confessed that I didn't know; but I did know that I had to stop at the next restroom. As we pulled into the gas station I jokingly told my friends; "This is a wierd place; I bet the entrance to the alien base comes out right here." We laughed about it. After I had washed my hands, my friends grabbed me and said; "You've got to see this!"
It was made out of plywood and spray painted. They found it propped up against the building, shoved behind an ice machine. I was laughing too hard; and forgot to go inside and ask about it. It's not a real alien, but it does suggest a response to a question.
