Regular Events & General Information |
The
club sails 36-600s & U.S. One Meter as a single
class, Marblehead (with some
local restrictions), East Coast
12 Meter and Victoria.
In addition, we sail a local class we call Multi-Class, which is any boat of
any class and is handicapped based on sailing waterline length. Since all
club members sail Victorias, it is the largest class sailed. Regattas are
generally held every second Saturday. In addition to racing, trimming/
practice sessions are held on open Saturdays and on occasional Wednesday
afternoons in summer months. Club Membership requires AMYA membership and all boats
registered. AMYA dues are currently $25/year and club dues are currently
$15/year and vary from year to year. Radio Channels are allocated (one
channel / skipper). |
