SUMMARY More than twenty six years of experience, four of them in the Applications Development area, ten in  Operating Systems, Data Bases and Technical Support area, five in the Systems Management for the Information Services and the rest creating, designing and establishing the Information Security function in companies like: Cemex and Softtek, coordinating efforts in international environments, mainly in Mexico, United States, Spain and Centro and South America.

September, 2000 to date:
Partner in Prosecurity Technologies S.A. of C.V., company that offers integral security consultancy services in Physical Security, Safety, Environmental and Information Security.
April, 1999 to April, 2000:
Softtek Information Services www.softtek.com: Information Security officer developing the Security Policy and implementing the audit process to assure the policy compliance. During this period GE Information Security Auditors succesfully accept the Softtek audit process. Y2K Contingency Plan was succesfully coordinated.
In the Systems Management area were designed and implemented the Help Desk function, the Problem Tracking, Change Control and Inventory procedures.
August, 1988 to  February, 1999 in Cemex www.cemex.com :
January, 1994 to February, 1999: Corporate Information Security Officer, designing and implmementing the Information Security function, developing the Corporate Security Policy and  implementing the audit process and security procedures for the whole business.
