Initially, all business was conducted online and affiliated merchants had online stores that our shopping members could access and do their shopping from. Our Members are able to shop online, through our Web-Mall and earn rebates on their personal purchases and commissions on the purchases of the Members they have referred. Currently we have over 250 stores listed in 10 countries including Wal-Mart, Target, Dell Computers and Amazon which participate as online Merchant Affiliates. As we will be releasing the program in segments and by region, we will be in contact with you as a pre-registered Merchant with all the information needed, concerning your participation as an Affiliate. We do expect that participation will be free, unless you choose to purchase marketing materials to be used in conjunction with your acceptance of and/or distributing our Rewards Program cards. Recently, our focus has shifted to also include offline shopping. This phase of our growth is currently in the process of being deployed and we are inviting online and "offline" businesses to pre-register (for free and without obligation), to become a Merchant Affiliate. Your business will be listed in our online Merchant Affiliate Directory, providing contact information to our Members and exposure for your business to prospective Members, locally and Internationally. Our web site has also been listed as one of the top 150 most visited websites in the world.

Becoming a Merchant Affiliate:

Upon becoming an approved Merchant Affiliate, your directory listing can be linked to your company's website, if you have one, and you will then be able to use our logo in advertising, window stickers and store displays to attract additional business. Future plans also include website creation and hosting, online and email advertising for your store or business, if you have a product or a service that you would like to advertise online or offline.

To become an official Merchant Affiliate, you will agree to accept our Rewards card in exchange for providing members of our Consumer Group with a discount fee. The minimum discount fee is 3% to participate in the program. Each month, the Group disburses these fees to our Members and Affinity Groups (non-profit organizations) as rebates and referral fees, into their Group accounts.Our Members are able to shop online, through our Web-Mall and earn rebates on their personal purchases and commissions on the purchases of the Members they have referred.
