Hello, everyone, we are so glad that you have stopped by to visit us! We will be updating each month so come back often.

First of all let me introduce everyone. I am Gretchen. I am married to my best friend Steven. We have 3 wonderful children, Alysha (Allie for short, 9/15/89), Nathan (10/19/97) and our youngest Olivia (1/25/00). We also have 2 furbearing kids Callie and Pudge (both cats).

My hubsband Steven is the light of my life. He enjoys doing lot of things but he really enjoys hunting wild game and being out doors. He works for the Union Pacific Rail Road. We were married on May 7, 1994 in Everett, WA. He was working in heavy aircraft maintenance at the time and wanted to return home to Wyoming so one month after getting married we packed up our belonging and my daughter Alysha (who was 4 years old at the time) and made the 1200 mile trek back home. The first few month here was hard on me because I had never lived so far from my family before but I had my own family now and needed to stick it out here. After our first summer (1994) I got a good taste of what winter was like in the Rockies. I was thrilled to be here. We went inner tubing, crosscountry skiing (Steve did not me, I am a downhiller myself) and iceskating on a lake near our home. In 1997 we welcomed our first child together into our family a very handsome blond headed little boy named Nathaniel Duane (more on him in a little bit. Ten months later we bought our first house and have been living here since 1998. Steve also likes to wood work and has made a few things for our house (Country Look coffee table, glass topped tea cart and little odds and ends). I am so blessed to have him as my husband, I love you so very much Steven.

Nathan is now almost 8 and in 2nd grade.

Olivia is 5 1/2 now and in Kindergarten. She loves learning about everything.

Allie is now 16 in the 9th grade and has her drivers license.

This is me, I am a homeschooling mom and we started HSing in 2004-2005. I also am converting to abide by the teachings of 1 Corinthians 11:1-15.
