Topic: Japanese fans thinks Austin's situation is an angle

In the wrestling world almost all of what you see can be fake, or true. As in the case of Austin, it seems very much now that it is not an angle and that Austin has indeed left the WWE. This was further made notice of on WWE Confidential.

However, fans over in Japan are all believing that this Austin story is an angle by the WWE. Be it marks or smarts they are not buying into the Austin departure story. They only believed it was a shoot. Despite some Americans there showing reports of San Antonio police that Austin has assaulted his wife Debra, they refused to believe.

However, some Japanese wrestling promoters and businessman have already tried to contact Austin and hopefully book him in Japan. There was strong rumours a Singaporean promoter tried to book WWE show in the Tokyo Dome but with the departure of Austin, it would be even harder to sell out the Dome.
