These are the following notes from RAW:

Mr McMahon decided to bring back The Rock over the weekend to replace Stone Cold Steve Austin to keep the fans still happy. The Rock's unexpected return to Raw was to help replace the main Face voids that was left vacant due to Austin's departure.

Even though Vince had complete ownership, the brand extensions still continue. But, more trades will occur just like what happened to both The Rock and Chris Benoit. Both are now active Raw members.

As for Flair, he would be the main Face in Raw for the time being. He will be replacing Austin in the Eddie Guerreo feud and maybe have a match at King of the Ring.

The Rock and Brock Lesnar maybe expected to start up a programe after Austin departure. Maybe around the time of King of the Ring.
