CRACK TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
The easiest interview of all is the technical interview! If we know the subject its easy, if we don't,its much more easy. Just say, "Well, I haven't had the opportunity to work on that stuff".
Now, the hard part is not actually the technical questions, but questions like, How do you rate your knowledge from 1 to 10? Consider J2EE for example, any subject in that matter, how do you rate yourself in J2EE? J2EE is such a ocean in which anyone claims above 3 or 4 is out of his mind. Just a sample of what J2EE involves:

* Enterprise JavaBeans Specification 2.1
* Enterprise JavaBeans to CORBA Mapping 1.1
* Java Naming and Directory Interface Specification 1.2.1
* Java Message Service Specification 1.1
* Java Transaction API Specification 1.0.1B
* Java Transaction Service Specification 1.0
* JDBC Specifications, 3.0, 2.1, and Optional Package API (2.0)
* J2EE Platform Specification 1.4
* J2EE Connector Specification 1.5
* J2EE Deployment API Specification 1.1
* J2EE Management Specification 1.0
* Java Authorization Contract for Containers 1.0
* Java API for XML Processing Specification 1.2
* Java API for XML Registries Specification 1.0
* Java API for XML-based RPC Specification 1.1
* RMI over IIOP
* SOAP with Attachments API for Java Specification 1.2
* Java IDL API
* Java Servlet Specification 2.4
* JavaServer Pages Specification 2.0
* JavaBeans Activation Framework Specification 1.0.2

To simplify, say there are around 20 specs in J2ee. Out of 10 points to rate, each spec has a value of 0.5 waitage. Say you are the Master of business components who majored in EJB, JNDI, JTA, JTS, JMS, and JDBC you got 3.0 points to 10. If you major in both business and web service component including JAXP, JAXR, JAX-RPC, and SOAP you got 2 more. Remember we are talking about complete understanding of each specification. Resaonably even if we are 80% mastered all the 10 specs mentioned above, we end up in 4 out of 10. So next time if someone ask you how much you rate your knowledge, my answer would be, "Well, knowledge wise i would rate 3 out of 10..and tell them the Math!"

THE GOAL OF THIS WEBSITE IS TO BRUSH-UP our technical knowledge before the interview. This information can also be used as a general overview of the subject.
