Our next move was to remove the back motor mounts and cross bar support to get to the bell housing and clutch assembly.  What do we see, but loads of misc. stuff encasing the clutch and pressure plate, it looks like a nest. We cleaned out the mess and the clutch is not the problem.  With the rear of the engine blocked up we rested and discussed what we would do next because the problem was not yet solved
DALE C. then proceeded to remove the head of the engine.  After he removed the head he went to bed.  In the morning he stated "DAD YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE WHAT I FOUND AFTER I REMOVED THE HEAD".  So we proceeded to the garage and found this.
Look at the first photo and you see "GUNK" being scooped out of the number 1 cylinder..'WHAT IS IT, I SAY AGAIN WHAT IS IT.  Is it organic or what.  We removed all of it and still could not budge the crank.  The number 2,3,4,5 qnd 6 pistons where removed without any problems.  However number 1 cylinder was struck solid.  My Son being the wiser of us two came up with the answer.  He proceeded to use a propane burn out implement .  The logic was to clear the rings of what was there and if organic it would turn to ash. With alternative use of flame and vacumn the rings were freed and the piston was removed easily
This is the first time either my Son or I have ever seen anything like this gunk inside an engine.  When I first saw the cylinder in was filled to the top with DD-40 which I put IN the spark plug holes to try to loosen up the engine before my Son came.  The other cylinders drained to the pan, but number one retained the DD-40.  DALE C think thats what was in the cylinder mixed with the DD-40 and acted like a cement around the rings and stuck the Engine.  It sound good to me.  I figured that maybe several ANOLES entered and made a nest in number 1 by following up the tailpipe all the way to an open valve and therefore creating this mess.
The picture on the next page show the number one piston coming out of the engine so the
