RIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGG!!!! Brian rushed to the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Bri!" Dee's cheerful voice replied on the other line.
"Hey, babe! What's up?"
"Well, the girls and I wanted to know if we could make this little shindig a pj shindig? We'd all be a lot more comfortable."
"Yeah, sure."
"Cool, we'll be over there in like 30 min."
"K, see ya in a bit! Bye," Brian said.
"Bye," Dee said. Brian hung up the phone and yelled at Nick who was in the bathroom trying to get all dressed up.
"Nick, get out of the bathroom! We're making it a pj party so we don't need to get all dressed up!"
"Man! Oooh, wait, a pajama party! Cool, sexy lingerie! Alright!!" Nick said from the bathroom.
"Yeah, right, Nick, in you're dreams. They're probably wearing those cute little pant and shirt pajama sets."
"Hey, don't ruin my great images!" Nick said as Brian laughed at him. Nick knew Brian was probably right, but he still secretly hoped he'd see Kris in sexy lingerie!

The girls show up on time, and, as Brian predicted, in cute little pajamas. Shelly's had butterflies all over them, Vanessa's had dragons, Dee's had sleepy bears, and Kris' had smiley faces. Just because they weren't wearing the lingerie Nick had hoped for, didn't mean he didn't think they were all sexy, esp. Kris. Those little smiley faces brought out her sweet personality and made her even sexier to him. Of course, the guys looked equally sexy. Brian had red plaid pj pants with a blue tank, Nick had a white shirt with basketball boxers, Howie was wearing only boxers with red lips on them, AJ wore only boxers with little puppies and bones, and Kevin wore only blue track pants.
After making popcorn, they all headed to the entertainment room to watch "10 Things I Hate About You". AJ and Vanessa laid on the couch, Howie and Shelly took the love seat, Kris took the reclyner, Brian and Dee laid on the floor, Nick sat in front of the love seat, and Kevin sat infront of the sofa.
All through the movie, Nick was only staring at Kris, she would stare at him when he wasn't looking and once in a while both would catch each other and look away quickly. Man, he just wanted to take her in his arms and hold her forever, to never let go. She was so beautiful! He'd heard about Justin and wanted to run to her and comfort her; he didn't know she wanted the same thing. She wanted to be in his arms forever! She loved everything about him-she knew she had to be with him, but so soon after Justin, he'd think she was one of those girls who went from guy to guy! Oh, how she just wanted to jump into his arms right now! How long was this dang movie! She didn't know if she could handle sitting there much longer with Nick so close. He was feeling the exact same way!
Finally the movie was over, but the girls hung around to talk. Kris just wanted to go to their trailor, but she wasn't gonna be alone with Amber, ugh, she was so annoying, esp. now that she could hurt Dee and Kris. So, Kris hung around with her friends. She sorta wanted to get to know them better, esp. Nick. Oh man, she had to stop thinking about him!

Everyone talked for about and hour and then, to Kris' joy, the girls decided to go to their own trailor. Just as they started out the door, they heard loud music and laughing coming from their trailor.
"Great, Amber invited her snobby friends over," Shelly said.
"Uh, no, I'm not sleeping over there. It's bad enough with her by herself," Vanessa said. Dee and Kris just looked at each other hoping Mike or Justin wasn't there. The guys offered to let them stay there and Vanessa agreed, but Dee elbowed her. Shelly went to check out their trailor and came back with news that there were people all over! So, since the guys had 6 bunks, they decided to stay over there. Everyone went back in a talked in the entertainment room before AJ and Vanessa fell asleep on the couch.
"Well, now we've got two extra bunks, so I'll sleep on the loveseat," Brian offered.
"No, Bri, I can sleep there," Dee said.
"No, I'll do it," Howie offered wanting to impress the ladies.
"No, me," Brian said.
"No," Howie argued.
"You're both small, why don't both of you sleep there," Dee suggested since neither one would back down. Of course, they agreed, both realizing there would still be an extra bunk, but wanting to be gentlemen. So, with Kev, Nick, and the spare bunk on one side, and Dee, Kris, and Shelly on the other, everyone went right to sleep.

2:30 a.m.-
"Ow! Howie, you just kicked me in my head!" Brian yelled.
"Sorry," Howie whispered,"Ow! Now you kicked me in a very important part of me!" Howie said in a high-pitched voice.
"Sorry," Brian apoligized. The girls were awakened by the first 'ow', and snickered at the second one. Then they heard a big THUD! and "Brian this is not gonna work, I'm leaving," from Howie and a "Sorry D," from Brian. With that Howie quietly went to the spare bunk which was his anyways. He shouldn't have tried to be the better gentleman cause now he was paying for it! Oh, well, at least he had Shelly! Before he closed the curtains to his bunk, he looked across at Shelly's sleeping body. He quickly left his bunk and planted a soft kiss on her forhead before retreating to a peaceful slumber.

Brian was the first one up considering we hadn't slept very well. As he walked by the bunks, he opened his curtains and beheld Dee's peacefully sleeping form. She was huddled up under his blue comforter with one pillow beneath her head and the other hugged up against his body. He really wished he was that pillow, though, Dee was really dreaming it was him. He leaned over and lightly kissed her lips. She smiled and mumbled his name. He grinned and headed towards the kitchen for some coffee.

Howie woke up and gazed across to Shelly. She was just waking up and rolled over and smiled at him. Kris and her were always morning people whereas, Dee and Vanessa could sleep all day if given the chance.
"Mornin' beautiful," Howie smiled and greeted her as she returned the greeting. "What do you say we go get some coffee?" he said as both got up and went to the kitchen.
Kris heard Shelly and Howie and decided to get up. As she opened her curtains and swung her legs over the side of the bunk, Nick's alarm clock began going off. She heard Brian tell him to get up then she heard AJ yell, "Dang it, Nick get up!" With no responses from Nick, everyone in the kitchen yelled, "Nick!" at the same time, amazingly not waking Dee.
"What? Oh, sorry, man leave me alone," was heard from Nick's bunk as he turned his alarm clock off. Then Kevin yelled, "Nick, don't go back to sleep, we've got to get up!" Kris was still observing from her perch on the bunk as Nick swung his legs out of his bunk. His hair was all messed up and he had that just-woke-up-leave-me-alone look on his face. When he saw her she smiled and he was immediately happy. He returned the grin and she giggled at him as he went to the kitchen. She quickly followed and soon after AJ and Vanessa followed.
"Thanks for waking me up, Nick," AJ teased.
"Yeah, I was having a good dream about AJ," Vanessa said as she kissed AJ. Nick rushed to the shower and the girls got ready to wake up Dee and go to their own trailor for showers. Shelly went to inspect it and found people passed out everywhere, so the girls decided to take showers in the guys trailor.
"Great," Kris said, she really wanted to be in her own trailor to ponder the whole Nick situation.
"What?" Dee asked groggily. Brian explained that there were people all over their trailor and that they'd take showers in the guys trailor.
"Whatever," Dee said sleepily as she crawled into the booth where Brian was sitting and laid her head in his lap.
"Coffee?" he asked.
"NO, eeegh, nasty, I'll pass," Dee replied from her lap. Nick finished his shower and Brian called it next and asked Dee to get up. "No, I'm comfy," she replied so Brian let Kris take it. Her and Nick passed each other without even looking at each other. Everyone could feel the tension. Nick said down and exclaimed, "Man, I like her. I wish she liked me!" This jolted Dee up as she exclaimed, "Nick she does! Go for it!" "She won't think I'm a jerk going for her so soon after Justin?" he asked as Dee replied, "No, she thought you'd think she was the girl that went from guy to guy!" "Never, I'd never think that!" Nick said. He looked at the other guys for support. "Go for it!" was the single group reply. Nick was definately going to go for it, but he just didn't know how. He had to sweep her off her feet, but how? How?
