Bibliology

I believe the Bible is the Divine Inspiration of God revealed to man. Every word is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16). It’s verbal-planery inspiration (Matt. 4:4) Every word came from God. God used men to write the bible (2 Peter 1:21), those men were moved by the Holy Spirit. 1 Timothy 5:18 States both the Old and New testaments are scripture (Deut. 25:4, Luke 10:7). I believe the Words of the Bible are inspired – without error. (1Corinthians 2:13). Every word came from God (Matt. 4:4) and it’s inerrant. Meaning the Bible tells the truth, which may include approximations, free quotations, the language of appearances, and different accounts of the same event as long as these do not contradict. Which I believe there is no contradictions in the Bible whatsoever. God carried along or superintended the human authors of the Bible so that they composed and recorded without error His message to mankind in the words of their original writings. Nothing is to be added or taken from the Bible (Matt. 5:17-18, Rev 22:19). The Bible is my Final Authority and stand, which I desire to live by.

Proper Theology

I believe there is only one God. The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God (Eph.4:6; 1 Cor.8:6). He is Triune: One in Essence, three in “Persons”. Each indwelling the other and each possessing, not in part, but entirely, the infinite essence of the One Divine Being. (Jn.10:30; Jn.4:24; 1 Jn.5:7). By Him all things were created, without Him nothing was made that was made (Jn.1:3; Rom.1:36; Acts 17:28). He is: Infinite, Eternal and Unchanging in His Being (Rev. 1:8; Mal.3:6), Omnipresent (Ps.139), Omnipotent (Rev.19:6, Lk.1:37, Matt.19:26), and Omniscience (Prov.3:19, Ps.139). He is Holy, Righteous & True, Set-Apart, Distinct and Unique from all else (James 1:17).

Christology

I believe in the deity of  Jesus Christ. He preexisted to His virgin birth (Jn.1:1; 1:14; 8:58). Jesus is God Manifest in the flesh (1Tim.3:16). Born of a virgin (Is.7:14, Matt.1:23). Jesus Christ is sinless and only Son of God (Jn.3:16; 10:30). He came to earth to fulfill the Law and the Prophets. Came to seek and to save the lost (Lk.19:10) through His substitutionary death, and bodily resurrection.  He is now seated at the right hand of God the Father interceding for the believers till His imminent return at the Rapture of the Church.

Angelology

I believe in the existence of angels both good and evil. Those whose chose to leave their first estate are bound till judgment day (Jude 6) and others were cast out of heaven with Satan when he(Lucifer) rebelled. The angels are  celestial messengers of God and are placed under Christ (Heb.1:6). God created them (Col.1:16). They hold different ranks (Heb.1:14, 2Pet.2:11) and have limited powers. They not only minister to believers, but also fight the spiritual war around us (Eph.6). Man (1Pet.1:12) has seen Angels. There are guardian angles (Ps.91:11,12). They will be angels present at the Rapture (1Thes. 4:16; 2Thes.1:7).

Satan

Satan formerly known as Lucifer an angel of God, was kicked out of heaven because of pride and thinking himself as God. Satan is the prince of the world (domain allowed by God) until God comes to establish His kingdom on earth and punishes Satan in the Lake of Fire for eternity.  Till then Satan is seeking whom he may swallow up, or destroy in order to crush Christians and the spreading of the gospel throughout the world (1 Pet. 5:8).  He is the ultimate tempter, very experienced, and powerful father of evil.  He sets traps and snares.  He is not all knowing (1 Cor.2:8), he is not more powerful than God, but allowed with limitations to rule over the earth.  Go uses his evil for good, as to test and help Christians grow in the Lord.  We need to always be on guard and equipped with the Armor of God to resist the devil (Eph.6).

Doctrine of Man

I believe Man was created in the image and likeness of God by God.  Those aspects being; our will, soul, spirit, conscience, heart, mind, and flesh. (Gen.1:27 & 2:7). He created us physically out of the dust of the ground and breathed into man the breath of life.  Man having his own will chose to disobey God and therefore all are sinners through Adam. (1 Ch.28:9 man has a will, heart, mind & choice).  We are all born into this world as sinners, but by the grace of God we have a choice whether to believe, follow & obey God. Rom.4:6, Without works God imputed righteousness for us. Being a sinner means we are born separated from God thus we must have faith and trust in God and acknowledge our sin and repent to have communion with God, and hope in eternity with Him.  (Rom.3:23-25) Christ is our righteousness before God.

Doctrine of Sin

Sin originated in the heart and will of Satan. Pride was the sin he committed. He wanted to over through the throne of God and over power God.  Therefore God kicked him our of heaven.  Sin entered the world by Adams disobedience.  Eve was tempted and deceived by Satan and took, Adam took of the fruit also, disobeying God. (Gen.3:6).  Sin is the act or thought contrary to the will of God and His holiness.  God hates sin, but loves the sinner and will chasen them (saved). And condemns (eternal death) those who sin or are bounded to sin (unsaved).

Soteriology

I believe the predestination of the saints is unconditional and was predestined before the foundation of the world (Eph.1:4; Rom.8:30; 2Tim.1:9; 2Thes.2:13; 1Pet.1:2). Man in his total depravity cannot come to Christ without believing in the work of Jesus Christ on the cross (1Cor.15:3,4), and only by Gods Grace through his personal faith placed in Jesus Christ, not by works of righteousness, but according to Gods Mercy are we saved (Eph.2:8,9; Titus 3:5). The Elect/Chosen will be saved, and will not loose their salvation (Jn.5:37; Jn.10:27-29). Christ died for the world, but it’s mans responsibility to chose his eternal state (Rom.6:23, Jn.3:16-18). Christians are commissioned to spread the Gospel so others may know and believe (Matt.28:19,20; Rom.10:14; Mark 16:15). There is only one way to Heaven (Acts 4:12).

Pnuemetology

I believe the Holy Spirit only indwells in those who believe on Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The Spirit reveals to us the things which God has prepared for us ~ “Gods Will” (1Cor.2:9,10).  The Holy Spirit was given to the Church on the Day of Pentecost, baptizing all believers into the body of Christ (promised: Acts 1:5, fulfilled: Acts 2:1-4). Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1Cor.3:16). The Holy Spirit is within us to minister to us and enable us to want to do the will of God. (1Cor.6:19,20)  God has sealed us with the Spirit (2Cor.1:21,22; Eph.1:13,14) till Christ comes for the “Church” rapture.

Ecclesiology

I believe the “Church” is the body and bride of Christ made up of genuine born again believers of Jesus Christ. Christ is the Cornerstone of the Church. The Church is distinct from Israel (promises).  The bible encourages believers to be part of a local church (Heb.10:25). The Church began at Pentecost when Christ sent the Holy Spirit (Acts 2). The Church is to observe the ordinances of Christ, baptism by immersion and the Lords Supper. Church is to follow guidelines/requirements out of Timothy for their pastors and leaders. The Purpose of the local Church is to Edify one another in fellowship and to Glorify God in worship and praise and to reach the lost, comfort the one another and reach the Lost.

Eschatology

I believe that prophetic events prophesied in the Bible will be fulfilled in the future at the time of the end. I believe Christ will come to take the church at any moment (Lk.12:40). I believe the promises to the Church are distinct from those given to Israel. I believe Christ will bring to heaven the Church (promise to the “church” NT Jn.14:1-3) before the Tribulation at the Rapture of the Church (1Thes.4:16,17). And the dead in Christ will rise first.  After 7 years of tribulation on earth, Christ will return to earth to establish His Messianic Kingdom promised to Israel. He will reign for 1,000 years (Rev.20). I believe the prophecies are literal and will be fulfilled as prophesied in the Bible.
Who, What, Where, When, Why? I sometimes wonder how I'll survive.
God, He's the only one... who sticks with his promises like bubble gum.
The bible, God's spoken word. God cares even for the little birds.
Here on earth we are to shine,  even when we feel like no one else is try'n.
All the time, they try to catch you, when you're out of line just that one time.
Faith in God for he is our Lord, pray to Him and bow before Him ever so more.
Upon this Mountian I come to seek you out.
Upon this rock I stand in awe of you, even when in doubt.
Beyond my thoughts you surpass all knowlege.
Because of your Word, I came to know you more at bible college.
