If you're coming from a country outside of Canada, please note that we've arranged for a discount on American Airlines and the One World Alliance. If you book before August 4, 2004, you'll get a 10% discount off the lowest applicable fare or 15% off of business or first class. The discount drops to 5% off a standard fare and 10% off of first class after August 4, 2004. The discount is applicable on flights from anywhere to either Toronto International Airport (YYZ) or Buffalo, NY. If you fly into Buffalo, NY you can drive (it's about an hour and a half) or we can arrange for a shuttle service if you advise us as to when you're arriving.
The discount rate applies for flights from August 28, 2004 to September 11, 2004. Call the American Airlines Reservation Group Travel desk at 1-800-433-1790 and give them the authorization code for the Laraya-Long Wedding discount: 5784AB.
If you're flying from outside of North America, you'll be flying on their One World Alliance partners until you get to an American Airlines hub. You cannot book online and get the discount although you can find the flight details and then get that rate over the phone.

The reception hall is right beside the Holiday Inn Select -Hotel & Suites. We have a block of rooms available for the Friday and Saturday nights but we can arrange for the discount to apply to your entire stay. The rates are $129.00 for a Standard Room, $149.00 for a jacuzzi suite and $159.00 for a one bedroom suite. These rates are in Canadian dollars.
