Turkish people have treated me with respect and made me feel like a sister to their country, family, and friends...
Now that I have entered Turkey for the third time, I don't fear the unknown, the unknown of their cultures, beliefs and most of all respect of other nationalities.
I can't express my graditude to family and friends in Turkey on how much I appreciated the hosptality. Now that I am married to a Turkish citizen, I can say how proud I am as a Canadian.. that I am the wife of Caner Tahan.
I know with many years to come, I will learn more about my new home in Turkey and learn a great deal from my new husband and of course to speak the language of Turkey.
As a family now with Turkish member, we will pass down our knowledges to my sons Nathan and Travis, so that in years to come they will have the pleasures of speaking a rare and beautiful language. With the hopes that they will foresee a great future to explore the horizons of our country beyond the borders of other countries.
