Pekka Kana 2 is a really fun platformer with the best side-scrolling graphics that I've seen in quite a while. You play as a heroic rooster who must make his way through over ten challenging levels of gameplay. A second installment of Pekka Kana 2 is supposed has been released recently. The installment (Episode II) includes ten more levels of exciting gameplay. If you have Episode I, I would suggest downloading the patch that allows Pekka to jump slightly higher; without the patch some of the levels will be near impossible to beat. without the patch certain levels will much harder.

This game is a clone of the classic game series Bomberman. It is very fun to play, and better than most of the clones on the web. The game is loaded with power-ups and multiplayer action. You can play against the computer, or play with four of your friends. The newest version includes a map maker as well. Fun game!

7.5/10 After playing Sonic Zone, I thought that I would try another fan-made Sonic game. And so, I downloaded Sonic Quest Part I. This game has the potential to be good, but it has one major problem. Sonic Quest comes with a glitch that may make the game freeze during gameplay. Despite the glitch, the game is still fun to play. It comes with two complex levels, and a boss. Unfortunately, Part II is no longer planned for development.

8/10 Sonic Zone is a good game that is fun and very addictive while it lasts. Some Sonic fans may not enjoy this game as much as other fan-made games that are out there, because it lacks the element of speed. There are four stages in the game, each with two levels, and a boss. The game also has a variety of enemies, differing on each stage and level. You can only play as Sonic which is a bit disapointing as well.

Giddy 3 may have the typical 2D graphics of classic platform games, but Giddy 3 is also different from the rest. You may say that is has the adventure of a Mario platformer, but it also involves loads of strategy. You must make your way through many levels, finding the treasures along the way. This a very fun, but challenging game!

7/10- Mage Bros. is JJ Soft's newest creation. It is an excellent 3D platform game where you play as a Mage. Enemies are defeated by the use of a wand, which has tones of power-ups and upgrades. There is also a two player option for even more fun with your friends. Shareware, only includes first ten levels. Have Fun!

7/10- Luigi's Big Adventure is a good classic style arcade game. The game features many difficult levels, with creative obstacales. Tobe able to play the game, you must click Start on the game intro. Also includes some nice midi tracks and good sound affects. It's about time Mario's brother got some attention!

8.5/10- Hopmon is a child-oriented puzzle game taht is fun to play. It has good gameplay, and at the same time has excellent 3D graphics. The registered version has forty-five challenging levels that will keep you playing. The unregistered version only has ten levels. Registering only cost $8. Also, Hopmon includes a sound track, so you can listen to the background music on Windows Media. I found this game to be really enjoyable.

The sequel to Charlie The Duck. Charlie II is a very good platformer, one of my favorites. It has many complex levels that will make you want to keep playing. Similar to Super Smash Bros, but has extra features such as being able to save the game. Highly recommend it, even if you do play as a duck!

Charlie The Duck is a good side-scrolling game. You play as Charlie, a duck whose on an adventure. This game is a lot harder than Charlie II, it can even be frustrating at times. The good news though, is that Charlie The Duck is now Registerware. Once you've downloaded it, simply go to the Wiering Software Homepage and register Charlie for free! You'll then be given a code that will unlock the rest of the levels.
