Who We are

We are group of avid outdoor enthusiasts who also enjoy whitewater, particularly kayaking. This club was conceived a few years back over a slice of pizza at a local pizza joint here in Gainesville. Unfortunately it took us this long to get the club off the ground. Whitewater kayaking in Florida? No I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. The closest thing to whitewater in Florida is Big Shoals on the Suwannee River or at the beach on the east coast. Club rules, there are none, except that we all want to have fun. Everyone will need your own equipment, as we don't have the means to provide it at this time.

Mission

Our mission is to promote the sport of whitewater kayaking and any other outdoor activities we see fit to participate in. These may include, hiking, camping, biking, etc.
