Louie the Overachieving Light Bulb

Once upon a time there was a light bulb named Louie. Just an ordinary, 60 watt, soft white light bulb. But, unlike other light bulbs, he had a great desire to overachieve. Louie resided in a lovely floor lamp. With simple logic he reasoned that if he glowed brighter, he would be a better light bulb than the rest. He flexed his body and glowed brighter. But, he flexed himself too hard and caused himself to explode.
