The Computer Resource Center is a part of the overall computer education framework of Cabrini High School. This center shows students how to incorporate computer usage across the curriculum in all subjects and in everyday life skills. Through usage of the computers students learn various applications, how to use the CD-ROM, and how to search for information contained in Internet sites.
During the school day, individual teachers assign the lessons to suit the needs of each student. One of the best features of this center is that the student can accelerate at her own pace.
The center is also available to students during Prime time for independent school work, before and after school.
Each student station is a Multimedia Computer with the Windows environment and gives the student easy access to a wide variety of software and the Internet.
