We would like our competition to be sanctioned by the Southeastern  Firefighters Muster Association.  In order to sanction our event, we will comply with the following.

1.                  Our competition will contain five(5) of the SFMA team events. 

2.                  We will use at least two(2) state certified judges at our competition. (A list of judges can be obtained from the Association). 

3.                  We will notify SFMA at least 60 days prior to our competition with location, date and events. 

4.                  We will give $10 per participating team to the SFMA as an equipment fee. If the fees are not paid within 10 days after the event a $25.00 surcharge will be added. If not paid within 30 days the muster will not be sanctioned the next year. 

5.                  All events must be measured off with all target and start/finish lines marked prior to the 9:00am Captains meeting. Officials will check the course for accuracy. If muster officials have to set up the courses for the muster a $100.00 fee will be added to the equipment fee. This is to encourage the host organization to take responsibility for their competition and to reduce delays in the competition.
