Kathy:Decided to vote for Richard, because she felt the decision to vote for Colby without letting Lex know would create a schism(?) ShiiAnn:Kathy is the biggest power player right now, has us all wrapped around her finger. If no one notices that, then she is one great player. Rupert:This is a great spear, it's already drawing blood on me. Tom:Adding Rupert/Jenna thru a cog in the wheel, but I really like Rupert, but he could end up taking my place. Rupert:The role of provider is wide open, I like the fact that none of them could fish. RobM:I want to catch some fish, but Grissly Adams is out there... he can continue to feed me, until it's time to go, and that time is determined by me. ShiiAnn:My strategy of flying under the radar was pointed out by Colby last night, not the smartest move on his part. Colby:I sat on the hill and told Ethan he had nothing to worry about, then came and lied to Richard, told him the same thing. It's easy to sit and wait til an hour before tribal, and agree on who to vote for. It takes more than showing up and writing a name to play in this game. ShiiAnn: blah blah blah... he doesn't respect my game, and I don't respect his. Alicia:We're sitting back and watching Rupert and Jenna, we don't know them that well. Sue:I hope they talk to Richard about what he did at the challenge to me. He doesn't deserve to be here. If they voted off Richard, I will go hug them all. Jerri:I'm making a grocery list... Honey roasted extra crunchy peanut butter, peanut butter crunch, marshmellows, big and small, bannanas, apples, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, marshmellow cream, grahm crackers with cinnimon... Kathy: I hate talking about food this early in the game, I have a mirage in my head of a giant ice cream sundae. ShiiAnn: blah blah blah... oh Richard Hatch, I miss you, where are the fish.. Lex:I wanted to wait until Richard was gone to pick up the spear, I know he was teritorial about the fishing thing. I didn't think it was necessary to let everyone know I'm an accomplished fisherman. It's good to hold your cards close to your vest. Ethan:I was going to fish today, but I decided to sit back and let him fish. Colby:Lex is a competitor, this isn't his first rodeo, as we say in Texas. Lex:I've got the favor of the girls now, if I can show them I can provide them with food, there is no reason for them to keep the other guys around. Amber and RobM decide to approach Jenna and Rupert about a 4-way alliance. RobM:Rupert has a squeky clean image, but there is something I don't trust about him, so I made an alliance with them. Rupert:After 16 days, I know I can trust Jenna, I hope I can trust Rob and Amber, I feel pretty confident with where I'm at. RobM(to the group):If you honestly honor your alliance, you go to the end, no matter what, but someone always gets greedy. RobM(alone):So I've got alliances with everyone now, except Sue and Alicia. We could turn around tomorrow and vote Rupert and Jenna off, they could be sacrifical lambs, but you gotta see what's going on, it's my game buddy. Jerri:I've been dying all day to be alone with Lex, to put things in order... Lex, you can trust me one hundred... and.. 50... thousand percent, I absolutely adore you! Lex(to her):ok, and you know I trust you too. Lext(alone):The conversation I had with Jerri was completely sincere, I don't have any reason to feel it was anything but. I am going to do what ever it takes to get me further in the game, and if that means taking advantage of a friend that might trust me, I'll do it. It's business this time. The tribes are then given the option, of passing on the game and sharing the reward, or continuing with the reward, winner takes all. Jenna suggests "sitting down and all share and fix the annimosity between two tribes", but all the others say play on. Each tribe stomps on a board, sending 6 items into a basket 8 feet in the air. Each person must get their item in, before another can conitue. The reward:Shis-ka-bobs, plus the 6 food items... sugar, pineapple, mixed nuts, coffee, oranges, and beef. Tom and Ethan go first, Tom gets his on the first stomp, Ethan on his second. ShiiAnn and Jenna are next, ShiiAnn giving Mogo Mogo a 2-1 lead. Jerri is next, hitting the edge of the basket first, then getting it for a 3-1 lead. Colby is next, giving Mogo Mogo a 4-1 lead, then Jenna gets hers cutting it to 4-2. RobM and Kathy are next, RobM cutting it to 4-3 just before Kathy gets hers, making it 5-3. Alicia and Lex are next, Alicia getting it on her first try, cutting the lead to 5-4. Amber comes up for Chapera, but Lex gets his in, giving Mogo Mogo a 6-4 reward challenge victory. After the challenge, Mogo Mogo enjoy their feast(letting the steak-ka-bobs cook over the open fire, why not catch all the juices falling into the fire to flavor some rice?). ShiiAnn feels Richard does have a soul, and wouldn't have 'violated anyone intentially." Kathy didn't like Sue for 'bringing us that far into her core of hatred." Over at Chapera, they discuss Sue's decison. Rupert said he talked to her for over an hour, saying she could still do what she wanted without throwing the game away. He said Sue told him she would 'sue him for $10 million." They regroup and get encouraged, making a pact to stick together, 6 strong, no matter what. Rupert:We all promised each other we'd stick together, no matter what. What that really means, I don't know, but it's a good gesture and a good show of faith. "A friend of yours has left the game, there'll be no challenge played tonight." |

Saboga and Chapera built catamaran type rafts, while Mogo Mogo went simple with a bundle of sticks shaped raft. Rupert is worried his raft design will fail, after his struggle with the hut last week. Tom takes a break from raft building to get a little drunk. Mogo Mogo's design appeared to be the best, giving them first place. Chapera came in second, and Saboga finished last and was disolved. Mogo Mogo selects first, picking Ethan, with the strategy of getting rid of him. Chapera picks Rupert next. Mogo Mogo picks Jerri, and Chapera picks Jenna Lewis. Chapera takes an early lead, with Boston Rob crusing over the beams. After 18 flags, Chapera decides to use strategy, with everyone intentionally jumping off, allowing Boston Rob back on the course quicker, ensuring their victory in the challenge. One 'odd' part of the challenge, is when Sue goes 2 steps down a beam, then returns and waits for Richard to come past her on a different beam, saying she wants to go on the beam he was on. There is an encounter between them as they pass, and it appears from the previews for next week, that she is upset over the incident. Battle bridge showdowns: Boston Rob defeats Ethan, with Ethan taking a 'big-header' on the side of the pool. Hatch defeats Jenna in a close match. Richard decides he may have an advantage in future showdowns if he disrobes Tom defeats Ethan Boston Rob defeats Colby Boston Rob defeats Kathy After the challenge, Chapera discusses their win on the way back to camp. The two topics are hearing Mogo Mogo complain about their strategy of jumping off, and the incident between Richard and Sue. Back at the Mogo Mogo camp, Colby and Ethan decide Richard is a cancer that needs to be eliminated before he spreads. Along with Lex, they tell their plan to Jerri, with the strategy being to still tell Richard that Ethan is going home. Because Colby made the decision to 'call the shots' and switch from Ethan to Richard, Kathy and Shii Ann, along with Jerri, decide they need to think about it more. Jerri is determined not to get 'screwed over' by Colby again. Jerri explains the plan to Richard, saying if they vote for Colby, she's in. Richard states in an interview '...they blew it. How dare you approach someone to get rid of me! You must go bye-bye now. So, Colby has to go home.' Kathy still is undecided, relizing she 'has got myself in the middle'. Votes Shown: Richard-Colby, Colby-Richard Richard is voted off, based on ballets shown of 4-1. On finding out he's been voted off, Richard cries out "I've been bamboozled." He pats Colby on the back when passing him, and Colby states "We played it, didn't we?" (Closing credits show everyone voted for Richard.) |

The Saboga tribe wins the challenge, and then is offered an option... trade the blanets for: a pot, a clue to one of the keys to the chest, containing rice, and flint to create fire. The catch, if Saboga takes the trade, the other tribes get it also. After a few seconds, they agree. Saboga and Mogo Mogo are the first two trives to raise their boats and begin bailing, but Chapera works to flip their boat, allowing them to finish first. Mogo Mogo is second, and Saboga third. Ethan goes fishing to prove his value to the tribe, but comes back empty-handed. Rupert goes out, and 5 minutes later... fish.. ye verily yea! |

Each tribe must light 6 woks and bring their raft to shore. First two tribes to finish win immunity. |
