He then says he wants to take her to the biggest museum in Boston... Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. Tim Wakefield comes out to visit with them. Brian says when he first met Larissa, he thought she was too good to be true. Standing in center field, they see the score board message say "The Boston Red Sox welcome Brian and Larissa to Fenway Park." Brian decides at that time to share with her, that even though he isn't as good looking as Gil, he will never leave her. They walk of, with Brian saying he fell in love at Fenway Park. They go to a local bar, where four of Brian's friends are there to meet with them. They chat for a while, with all the friends giving their approval. That evening, they go to the Boston Harbor Hotel for a private dinner. Larissa realizes everything came together this evening. Brian tells her how much he loves her, as they kiss, hug, cry, arm in arm... First out of the limo is Gil, who is looking forward to seeing what Larissa has to say... Larissa: Gil, you intrigue me, I know I have feelings for you, strong feelings, but sometimes I question if you are ready to take it to the next level. There is only one thing I can do, and that's to trust my instict, and it tells me... that you are the one for me. I want you to fly away with me tonight, and see if we can make this fantasy a reality. HUH? Larissa: He's the one because I kept thinking of him.. when I was out on other dates... and he has been very guarded... Next Brian arrives... I want to be picked so bad. I know I love Larissa... this could be the beginning of something very special. Larissa: The last time we saw each other in the Boston Harbor, you moved me, and made me happy how no one has in a long, long time. In your words, your kiss... I always knew you would treat me like a queen, and that night you did. But you deserve a woman who can look at you right now, and say I love you too. I wish I was the one, but my heart is saying something else. The change I've seen in you, and the trust we have, I hope can grow into a life long friendship, even though what I'm going to say is going to hurt you. I'm going to miss you, Brian. Larissa: That has got to be the hardest thing I've done. I so badly want to feel for Brian how he feels for me. I guess it's better to do this now, than in 6 months. It's the end of the journey for me. I've tasted the highest high in my life. Now I'm at the lowest... it would have been a dream night to have Larissa tell me she loved me back. I fell for this girl, and she didn't have the same feelings for me, and that really hurts. I thought she was the most amazing thing, and now I can't believe it's over. I was the underdog, I gave it my best shot. I'm never going to forget her... ahhh, the final twist... This upsets Gil.. because... why? Gil says every guy in America will side with me on this... huh? Gil leaves... and Larissa realizes following her instincts didn't work out so well, and she says she realizes how Brian must feel now... she sent 25 guys home, feeling rejected, and now in the end, I'm the one getting rejected.... shame on me. |

They explore a stream, turning it into a waterslide, then while in a natural pool of water, decide to hug to stay warm. At a cabin, Gil cooks a meal for them, while Larissa questions him about his past girlfriend. When asked if they would still be together, if the girlfriend was in Ft Lauderdale, he paused for a long time, then said 'No, I don't think so.' The night ends with them sharing another romantic kiss during a rainstorm. Then, we hear about Fredo being taken onto a submarine, with no information. Jim and Larissa did thru the box, finding matches, pans, cups... and spam! Back to Fredo in the sub... he's driving, not sure what's suppose to happen. Larissa 'knows for a fact' Jim likes her. They talk for a while. She feels he is a free spirit, but is worried because 'he is a romantic, and knows all the right moves', but is it because he likes her, or does he do this with all the girls? Fredo is given a message, that he is 40 yards off shore from the beach where Larissa/Jim are having their date. His 'mission' is to go to periscope depth and 'witness the truth'. He sees them kissing, and is shocked, 'definately not what he wanted to see'. He feels she is 'showing a bit of shallowness', and hears them say they have a 'crush' on each other... "it's gross, I thought more of her, but I guess I was wrong... I'm not sure what to say, the guy says he's a pilot, but he works at Chili's... I'm definately upset... it makes me fliping sick to my stomach, I thought she was smarter than that, but I guess I was wrong... if that crush is what she wants, then she can have it'. Larissa's take on the moment.. 'it was sexy, one of the best moments, he makes me feel like a woman'.
Of the three remaining guys, she realizes each one posesses characteristics from The Wizard Of Oz... Jim - The Scarecrow - Has enough on the outside, but lacking depth Gil - The Tinman - Lacking heart, emotion Brian - The Lion - has the heart, emotion, passion, sensitivity, but lacking the courage to follow thru She goes to his apartment, and decides it is definately a bachelor pad. He has a blowup doll on the kitchen ledge, his matress is bare, and his dog, while in need of a bath, is much more outgoing than him. They go to the Arizona Biltmore resort... she keeps thinking there is more to him, but realizes there isn't... favorite book, Jim? I don't read much... last one you read, Jim? I have no idea... She came into the night with serious questions, but can't help it, she gets caught up in the moment... she asks about their relationship, if it's just physical... what would it be like Jim? "It's not fair to ask me all these questions, I like you, you need to accept me"... Larisa... there isn't anything more! |

Jim didn't make much eye contact with mom. Gil stammered when caught off guard being asked what makes a woman unattractive physically. Tony thought his interview went well. Brian was nervous, trying not to look directly at mom. He had to answer the question, "Game 7 of Red Sox/World Series, or Larissa's art exhibit opening?" Michael realized after the fact he insulted mom by saying he felt a person out of shape/overweight is lazy. The guys are told Mrs. Meek left the island immediately because she was upset over comments from the guys. The guys decide to make a video apology to 'mom'. Larissa then watches the hidden camera video of the guys. |
