Psychotherapy and counselling are often wrongly perceived as being only for those suffering from some life crisis. In fact, they can provide powerful tools for increasing awareness and personal effectiveness; improving quality of life and relationships and uncovering suppressed talents.

It can be an enriching experience to talk to someone who has no personal involvement - who can be objective and bring in that perspective - and whose intention is to support you in finding your own truth.

My particular therapeutic approach is wholistic, integrating aspects of various therapy methods, and includes behavioural techniques, body symptomology, and spiritual aspects (whatever your beliefs may be).

I work with most issues including depression, trauma, loss and relationships.I have been working in counselling since 1991 and qualified through the CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education) as a UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) accredited psychotherapist in 1995.Previous to that I was a director of a large international advertising agency which provided me with a strong understanding of work related issues.
